In some cases, companies choose to deliver the Induction training before the employees or contractors arrive to work via web-based training. The individual can logon and complete training from home in their own time, even completing an assessment where appropriate.
As with all our training, it is object-based, whereby these 'learning objects' can be incorporated into other media such as powerpoints or other eLearning courses. This can provide supplementary material for any classroom-based training programs or corporate presentations.
